These days if you don’t have an 80′s or 90′s action hero in your gym you just aren’t cutting it. Take Black House Gym bringing in Steven Seagal to help them shore up their English and front kick skills. Anderson Silva and Lyoto Machida completely turned around their games with Seagal’s help.

Tristar Gym in Canada took notice. Check out this 20 second clip from GSP. Its none other than Frank Dux from Bloodsport–I mean Jean Claude Van Damme. From the looks of it, the 51 year old actor still has some pep in his kicks. It will be interesting to see if JVCD teaches GSP his patented flying spin kick prior to his fight with Carlos Condit.

JVCD was finally included in the upcoming sequel to The Expendables. The action flick starring almost every action star from the 80′s and 90′s hits theaters on August 17. GSP has a date with Carlos Condit at UFC 154 on November 17 from Montreal, Canada.
