Max Bretos, pictured left, who recently took over for Jon Anik on ESPN’s MMA Live, has been suspended by ESPN for 30 days for making insensitive comments about Jeremy Lin on a segment of ESPNews. Bretos was asking Walt Frazier about Jeremy Lin’s possible weaknesses but worded it as “chink in the armor” which is considered a racial slur. Bretos has since apologized to Lin and the Asian Community for his poor choice of words. Lin has also accepted the apology. There is no word on who will replace Bretos on MMA Live while he is on suspension.
